This map is about a guy (Bryant Moreland aka EDP445) who was caught multiple times trying to creep up on minors. That should be a prosecutable offense. While allegations alone don't make the person guilty of the crime, admitting to such allegations (where evidence is present) sets one up for serious level of repercussions. I'm all for giving second chances but when it comes to sex crimes involving minors, that is where I draw the line.
